What do you typically do during a day at work?

In my role, I spend the majority of my day working directly with business owners, helping them tackle their most pressing challenges through Solution Sprints. These are fast-paced, focused sessions designed to generate actionable solutions in just two hours.

Typically, my day starts by preparing for a sprint session. I review the client’s specific business challenge, whether it’s improving operations, enhancing customer experience, or refining a product strategy. During the sprint, I guide the client through a structured process that includes clarifying, idea generation, and developing a solution, helping them move from feeling stuck to having a clear, practical plan to implement.

What college did you attend and what was your major?

I attended the University of Technology Sydney, where I earned an undergraduate degree majoring in Human Resource Management and International Studies.

I then attended the Milan Conservatory of Music in Italy, where I earned my Bachelor of Music Performance degree, and I later completed a Master’s in Music Performance at the University of North Dakota. Most recently, I completed an MBA through the Global Leaders Institute, with coursework curated from leading institutions like Harvard, Duke, and Stanford. Currently, I’m pursuing a PhD in Music Education at the University of North Dakota, where I hold ABD status and expect to graduate in May 2025. My research focuses on integrating music entrepreneurship into higher education curriculums.”

What is your favorite book or movie?

My favorite book is Grit by Angela Duckworth. It’s inspiring and highlights the importance of perseverance and passion, which are qualities I try to cultivate in my work and life.

If you could drop everything and go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would love to go back to Italy, especially Milan. It’s where I spent years studying music, and I still feel connected to the culture and atmosphere there.

What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?

I enjoy performing music with my quartet and exploring new musical arrangements. It’s a great way to relax and express creativity.

What is your favorite part of living in Grand Forks?

I love the tight-knit community in Grand Forks. The support for the arts is strong, and it’s rewarding to be part of both the local music and education scenes here.

What is your favorite part about working at CFI?

My favorite part is the opportunity to help entrepreneurs and small business owners realize their potential. The innovative work we do empowers people to think creatively and solve real-world problems.
